Happy New Year. 2025. District 202 wishes everyone a great start to a new year. We will see your students back in class on Tuesday, January 7, 2025.
Flags will fly at half-staff until sunset on January 28, 2025 in honor of former President Jimmy Carter, who passed away Sunday. Flags were already at half-staff to honor Illinois State Police Trooper Clay Carns, who died in the line of duty on December 23. Flags are lowered for 30 days from the death of a President or former President.

Congratulations to our Spelling Bee competitors! We had over 50 students compete in our Spelling Bee this year. Our champion was 6th grader, Edward G. with 8th grader, Avalon A. as our runner up! The winning word was "sanitation." We are so proud of all of our spellers!
