Mission Statement
Indian Trail Middle School is steeped in tradition but looks toward the future. We are dedicated to learning and provide a rich and rigorous standards-based curriculum guided by our vision statement: In a safe, engaging environment, each member of the Indian Trail community strives toward excellence, acceptance of differences, exploration of ideas, and responsibility to a larger world. At Indian Trail, everyone teaches, everyone learns, and everyone is capable of Rising Above expectations to achieve their greatest potential.

Emphasize the importance of daily attendance, and how it correlates to academic and personal success.
Be personally involved in our student’s education, and support and encourage our student to set and work toward completing academic and personal goals.
Encourage our student to discuss with us their homework, classwork, and grades.
Regularly check our student’s homework, grades, and attendance by using the internet-based Home Access Center.
Actively check all school correspondence and communication and utilize all electronic and social media platforms for information.
Collaboratively work with our Indian Trail teachers and staff to Notify our student’s teachers/administrators of any concerns as they arise that may affect our student’s academic performance and/or school attendance.
