Cape Awards

Each year, Plainfield School’s C.A.P.E. Committee has a special recognition ceremony of nominated individuals from across the district.  The C.A.P.E. committee (Coordination of Administration and Parents Groups for Educational Efficiency) provides a direct connection to district administration, staff and elected officials for parents, taxpayers and community leaders. Indian Trail is allowed to recognize three outstanding individuals involved in our learning community.  Those areas of recognition include:

Teacher Appreciation Award – awarded to a teacher

Friend of Education – awarded to a building support staff member, secretary, custodian, etc.

PTO Lifetime Member – awarded to a parent or PTO member

To complete a form for an Indian Trail community member, please CLICK HERE to access the Google Classroom Form, fill it out and submit.  Nomination forms are due no later than Friday, January 30th.  These nominations will then be discussed with our PTO board and the three recipients will be announced shortly after. If you have any questions, please contact the Indian Trail Main Office.
